Yes. Every DyeCharm patch is made from genuine leather — not synthetic, not PVC, not fabric. The dyed edge is a finishing detail applied to the same genuine leather used across all Leathering patches.
Which hats can the DyeCharm patch be applied to?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can still make changes, like updating quantities, shipping details, or uploading your logo, before approving your mockup. Once you’ve approved the mockup or production begins, changes are no longer possible.
If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time before the order ships. A 20% cancellation fee applies to all orders, and a higher percentage may be deducted if production has already started. No refunds are available once a custom item is finished.
All custom products are final sale and non-returnable unless they are defective or don’t match your approved art proof. If there’s an issue, contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
Can I request revisions to my mockup?
Absolutely. We include one free revision with unlimited mockups. If you’d like more adjustments after, it’s no extra fee—all part of our commitment to perfection.

JPG, PNG, SVG, and WEBP files are accepted (max 10MB). Vector files produce the sharpest results for complex logos. Every file is reviewed before production.
Can I use different leather patch colors in one order?
Yes, feel free to mix leather patch colors — there’s no minimum per color. For example, you can order one hat with a tan leather patch and others with black or any available option.
