What is a custom leather patch beanie?
A custom leather patch beanie is a knit beanie featuring a genuine leather patch laser-engraved with your logo. Unlike embroidered or woven-label beanies, the leather patch gives it a premium, lasting look — the same patch quality we put on our hats.
What beanie styles are available?
Two styles: Carhartt Premium beanies and Yupoong 1501 traditional beanies. Both are available in a range of colors and selected during the customization process.
Do you offer custom Carhartt beanies?
Yes. Carhartt Premium beanies are available as a style option, customized with your genuine leather patch laser-engraved with your logo.
Is there a minimum order for custom beanies?
No. There is no minimum order — order one or one thousand. Volume pricing scales automatically based on quantity
Is the patch on the beanie real leather?
Yes. Every Leathering beanie features a genuine leather patch — not embroidery, not woven label, not synthetic. Each patch is laser-engraved and hand-applied using the proprietary Leathering™ leather bond.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can still make changes, like updating quantities, shipping details, or uploading your logo, before approving your mockup. Once you’ve approved the mockup or production begins, changes are no longer possible.
If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time before the order ships. A 20% cancellation fee applies to all orders, and a higher percentage may be deducted if production has already started. No refunds are available once a custom item is finished.
All custom products are final sale and non-returnable unless they are defective or don’t match your approved art proof. If there’s an issue, contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
Can I request revisions to my mockup?
Absolutely. We include one free revision with unlimited mockups. If you’d like more adjustments after, it’s no extra fee—all part of our commitment to perfection.
Can I order just one hat?
Absolutely. Whether you need one, a few, or a hundred, we’ve got you covered.
Can I choose different colors for my order?
Yes, you can mix and match as many hat or patch colors as you'd like. We make it easy to customize your order your way.
Can I use different leather patch colors in one order?
Yes, feel free to mix leather patch colors — there’s no minimum per color. For example, you can order one hat with a tan leather patch and others with black or any available option.
How long does it take to receive custom leather patch beanies?
After you place an order, we send your proof/mockup within 2–24 business hours. Once you approve, standard production takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
What logo file formats work for leather patch engraving?
JPG, PNG, SVG, and WEBP files are accepted (max 10MB). Vector files produce the sharpest results. Every file is reviewed before production.
What colors are available for the beanies?
Available in Black, Bright Lime, Bright Orange, Carhartt Brown, Coal Heather, Heather Grey, and Navy. Color is selected during the customization process.
