The Richardson 115 is the low-profile version of the world-famous 112 — same six-panel construction, same mesh back, same snapback closure, but with a lower crown that sits closer to the head. JPG, PNG, SVG, and WEBP files are accepted (max 10MB). Vector files produce the sharpest results for complex logos. Every file is reviewed before production.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can still make changes, like updating quantities, shipping details, or uploading your logo, before approving your mockup. Once you’ve approved the mockup or production begins, changes are no longer possible.
If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time before the order ships. A 20% cancellation fee applies to all orders, and a higher percentage may be deducted if production has already started. No refunds are available once a custom item is finished.
All custom products are final sale and non-returnable unless they are defective or don’t match your approved art proof. If there’s an issue, contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
Can I request revisions to my mockup?
Absolutely. We include one free revision with unlimited mockups. If you’d like more adjustments after, it’s no extra fee—all part of our commitment to perfection.
