Avoid machine washing. Water exposure can cause leather to shrink or fade. Spot clean with a soft brush when needed. Minor natural variations in the leather — texture differences, subtle marks — are a characteristic of genuine leather and add character over time.

If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time before the order ships. A 20% cancellation fee applies to all orders, and a higher percentage may be deducted if production has already started. No refunds are available once a custom item is finished.
All custom products are final sale and non-returnable unless they are defective or don’t match your approved art proof. If there’s an issue, contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
