Avoid machine washing. Water exposure can cause leather to shrink or fade. Spot clean with a soft brush when needed. Minor natural variations in the leather are a characteristic of genuine leather and add character over time.

I love the hats. It was a great experience with the customization of my patch, the cattle ear tag. I had an idea and they brought it to life, after a couple of mock-ups. Also it is hard to beat a Richardson 112 hat. To me they are the best in the market now and have been for a few years. Also if you have a larger head like myself the XL is nice. I wear about a 7 1/2 in fitted cowboy hats. Or on a regular Richardson 112 im in the last 2 holes. So the XL size sure is a nice option. I will be ordering again in the future.

What is a custom leather patch hat?
A custom leather patch hat is a baseball cap or trucker hat featuring
a laser-engraved genuine leather patch with your logo or design.
Is there a minimum order for custom leather patch hats?
No. There is no minimum order — order one hat or one thousand.
Are the patches made with real leather?
Yes. We use only genuine leather — no substitutes, no shortcuts.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can still make changes, like updating quantities, shipping details, or uploading your logo, before approving your mockup. Once you’ve approved the mockup or production begins, changes are no longer possible.
If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time before the order ships. A 20% cancellation fee applies to all orders, and a higher percentage may be deducted if production has already started. No refunds are available once a custom item is finished.
All custom products are final sale and non-returnable unless they are defective or don’t match your approved art proof. If there’s an issue, contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can help make it right.
Can I request revisions to my mockup?
Absolutely. We include one free revision with unlimited mockups. If you’d like more adjustments after, it’s no extra fee—all part of our commitment to perfection.

Can I choose different colors for my order?

How long does customization take before shipping?
After you place an order, we send your proof/mockup within 2–24 business hours. Once you approve, standard production takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
