If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time before the order ships. A 20% cancellation fee applies to all orders, and a higher percentage may be deducted if production has already started. No refunds are available once a custom item is finished.

I love the hats. It was a great experience with the customization of my patch, the cattle ear tag. I had an idea and they brought it to life, after a couple of mock-ups. Also it is hard to beat a Richardson 112 hat. To me they are the best in the market now and have been for a few years. Also if you have a larger head like myself the XL is nice. I wear about a 7 1/2 in fitted cowboy hats. Or on a regular Richardson 112 im in the last 2 holes. So the XL size sure is a nice option. I will be ordering again in the future.
